Worst network ever.

I've now had the 4g simcard for 6 days and it's still saying no service. And their website says that my area is covered. That's misleading. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I've messaged them on Facebook and 2 days later still no response. I just want my money back because I haven't even used a kilobyte of your non existent internet. This is a violation of the Consumer. Protection Act. I really disappointed.
