Worst network coverage 😡😡

Worst experience with rain the past few month and weeks .Am basically paying for nothing .

Am writing this out of frustration and I need this matter be fixed or pay back my money for not getting proper service .i missed my exam due to this network issue which I have been calling and trying by all powers for this matter to be fixed ,weeee pay a lot of money for this sh****t service .i called and I spoke to @May and I informed her I have changed my numbers and I gave her information on where to call me and what time .I stay in tembisa 702/5 tsenelong and the network becomes very and I mean very slow or it doesn’t connect at all from 6pm till late .On weekends it’s even worse.Am don’t tell me about setting ,I dd those and nothing is working out for me.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@Rain can this matter be fixed ASAP ,I can’t keep on missing my exams because of you guys

When you want your money guys we are not giving you trouble soooo please use the same energy when we want service from you guys
