Worst network connection since the supposed "upgrade to network speeds"

Network has been on and off for about a month and this weekend it has been off completely. I've reset the device a couple of times even logged a support query only to get references with no help. Tried calling and that was just a disaster tbh. Only writing this complaint so that something can happen
