Worst Network company ever.

I am so ****ed at this company when you call them you would be put on hold without being told for more than 30 mins. Since last week Friday we were offline can't watch anything on my TV and when you call them they can't tell you when it will be resolved. I wanna change this network to something better I can't deal with this company.
