Worst network company

Rain is the worst network to have ever existed in the face of the earth. They did a sim swap behind my back, while I had a SIM card that was working just fine. They decided to do a sim swap and the old SIM card that had been working just fine for 3 months was deactivated.

My family back home is without WiFi because apparently the SIM card they delivered to me today is now the one that’s active. They say they can’t reverse it because it has already been deleted from their system.

I had no knowledge that when they scheduled a delivery for a SIM card the wanted to do a sim swap, for what reason to this day I don’t understand. Evil people who know how to ruin peoples lives and claim there is nothing they can do.

I am 800km away from home and they say I must make means to go deliver the SIM card to them, on my own costs. There is nothing they can do from their side. A sim swap they did, they disgust me
