Worst network by far!!!

This is really frustrating rain network as been down 4 days now calling the service line but no answer and when they do answer all they can say is they working on it??? Working on what exactly?? Not a sign of service too debit the account they are quick yet to answer Calls and give proper feedback is a joke!!!!!
