Worst network and *********** staff - still trying to swindle money out of me almost abyear after canceling

Absolutely the worst! Last year I moved houses and couldn't use my sim/router for more then a month. A whole month of several calls where they 'fix' it, but it still didn't work, paying for something that was totally useless. Only to be told after several calls and a lot of time passed that they have issues affecting towers in my area. I canceled before a new month started (was on a month to month option, no long term contract) as I wasn't going to pay for a new month and still have no internet.

Now almost a year later I am being contacted by lawyers for one month's fees, even though I canceled and was never at any point informed of any fees.

They already collectedvtgeir equipment, but even after that was sent several sms that they need to collect the equipment.

It is absolutely ridiculous that they are now trying to get more money out of me even though I have no more business with them due to their inability to provide service, it's very clear they have several internal issues not only with the network but also their accounts and admin department.
