Worst Network and Poor services from all Rain staff

Ever since I started having Rain Router, my life has been a miserable at work. Because I work from home and their network is very bad. I took the last package and I am not enjoying it. I can't open any web page and worst part of it I've been sending these numerous Emails and no response. I have been calling them with my own money as a customer. Still the same.
