Worst network and customer service ever

I have just signed up with Rain 2weeks ago,my download was round 30-50mbps but uplaod was at. 0.11mbps. I raised my issue through support and David Tsoke (rain CeC) said he is getting 40mbps. I ran a speed test again and mailed my results to him. Since then my download dropped between 2.34mbps and 10mbps,upload to 0.03mbps. I have send so many screen shots,emails and through support but no one is contacting me back yet. They are the worst liers ive ever came in contact with. Iv my issue is not resolved i will change my bank account...if they take one cent from my bank account i will take it further as i have all my emails trying to get hold of them. Bad bad very bad service provider.
