WORST NETWOR****

I haven't even had my Rain Data Sim for 2 days and I have experienced S**t. The sim card doesn't connect to any pocket router, even if I try and hotspot myself it doesn't want to connect with my phone. Their customer service is the worst, they don't even have any walk in centers to assist face to face clients. I have never been so mad!!! I just cancelled my sim. THEY BETTER NOT TAKE ANY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, BECAUSE I NEVER USED THE DAMN THING!!!!
