Worst most pathetic service ever

It's the most pathetic and terrible service that I have ever heard of. 4 days ago we received our rain Sim card. Still no connection on the Sim. The customer care and service department cannot ans will not help. No one calls or emails back. And to top it off it shows that we are being billed for almost a gig of data that we haven't even used.
