Worst mistake ever.

I am very dissapointed in Rain. You can not get in touch with them at all and they take forever to reply to your emails. I could not solve my problem and it has been a month. I ordered the unlimited data sim card and the connection is so bad that I can not even send a whatsapp message. I tried changing the settings on my router and moved my router around to the directions they said but no luck. I requested for a refund because I paid R470 for nothing. I had to even use my own mobile data. When I signed in to see my details it said I used 8GB but I have been getting 0mbps upload and 0mbps download and the ping was around 1630. I want my refund. Worst mistake ever getting Rain. No one is getting back to me and it has been a week already.
