Worst mistake

Worst mistake of my life, a mistake that is costing me my job. No wonder the sales process is so smooth ,the afterwards experience is nonsense.I switched from Telkom to rain thinking I'll get better service but wow rain is even Worse I have like a few hours of network a day since I paid or and activated the sim card I work from home and my productivity has gone down 50 percent even having my boss ask me if I have any problems. I will literally spend 30 minutes trying to do something that takes 5 min not to me turn the part where it disconnects for 10 min or so.Ive tried speaking to your consultants it worked first time when I set the app then hours later I was back to square one .I've had it feel like I paid for absolutely nothing I can't even log onto your app thats how bad your network is..I have to buy MTN data in order to log onto your app!!! Do you know what if feels to always be the one disconnecting from important ZOOM meetings because you have 0 network wow rain
