Worst ISP you will ever find
If you are considering an ISP, please stay far from RAIN. I received my router on 04/03/2021. The internet speed they advertise is a complete lie. I can hardly brows the internet with a promised speed of up 30mbps (for R699.00). The internet drops intermittently. At times it drops to 1.4mbps. I can hardly download my email. How is the government allowing ISPs like Rain to operate in this country.

He advised that my router need to face towards the direction of the tower, which is showing on the map on the rain website. You call this "optimising the speed". I am testing this and will open a ticket tomorrow if the issue persist. My reference is ***, should you need to follow up
