WORST ISP - TERRIBLE SPEEDS, EVEN WORSE SUPPORT

I cancelled my previous wifi with them for being absolutely terrible, got the new 5G Pro 60mbps package. They are so fking useless, they can't even respond to support tickets, their dumb4ass bot gives the same troubleshooting and logs a ticket which never gets answered. I constantly have to struggle to get anything above 30mbps download, and my upload is barely above 1mbps I have already rebooted, changed settings, and done a hard reset on the router itself. The bot is so clueless, just like the company. As this is the only step it gives you The bot says my connection is healthy and normal, please for the love of god enlighten me how my speeds are considered healhty Do not even try to attempt to play any online game, also with this terrible ISP, you'll get extremely high ping, constant server connection issues, and packetloss what a waste of an ISP
