Worst Isp rate use GMS

I want to share my experience with Rain Internet. They advertise a set monthly price, but after just a month, I received an email notifying me that my rate would increase. If that wasn't bad enough, the internet frequently stops working, and my router freezes at least once a week.

When I call customer service, I can hear employees joking around in the background. If I ask to speak with a supervisor, the call often gets dropped, or they tell me my line is breaking up. It’s incredibly frustrating!
