Worst ISP proven.

By rating, by reputation and now by first hand experience.

Technician came out to "adjust" the CPE to help with slow speed. Ran 3 speed test, and blamed my equipment. Proved to him that it's not.

His response was for me to move ISP if I am not happy with that.

So I did.

New ISP - similar price. Full speed whole day, on the same equipment.

Service like that is a disgrace and a company that is OK with service like that, deserves to go out of business.
