WORST ISP - NO RESPONSE FROM TECHNICAL
I was forced to give the 1 star to proceed with the "review". I've sent several request regarding both 4G & 5G issues. You can't phone support, only email & online accepted. BIG joke when HAVING internet is required to do either??? They are now officially the Worst ISP in SA.

09 May 2020, 13:01This is now day 6 (six) without any feedback on my support requests and still no internet connection.
All that needs to be done is for RAIN to reset my DNS. Problem solved.
I have read so many reviews similar to mine and none of them resolved or responded to by RAIN. Surely, if they want to stay in business (especially during lockdown) they need to start supplying answers or support to their customers.
I will STRONGLY advise anyone who is considering signing up with RAIN to first read what their existing customers are saying about their after-sales service.
I've blocked them now from deducting another month's subscription from my bank account as I've paid in advance for something I'm not getting. This is *****...
