Worst ISP. No customer service and worst network.

The worst service in all of South Africa. If not the world. No one responds to your emails they give absolute **** service over the phone. No matter what you say they won’t log a complaint for you so a case can be logged so that an engineer can come and check what’s happening in your area. They simply brush you off and expect you to pay them for no service provided. I have experienced ok service when I started I switched to a better modem/router ( had a b315 now using a b618 ) my speeds increased and I was happy but for the last month I have such terrible connectivity I went from having a constant sub 50ms ping with 30+ mbps download speed and a 20+ mbps upload speed to now getting a ping of anything from 350 to 3000ms ping with a download speed that has not topped 0.59mbps download and a upload speed that hasn’t gone above 0,70mbps. Someone please tell me how the hell this company is going about doing business because they are absolutely *******.
