Worst ISP in the country and NO customer service at all

I was very impressed with RAIN in the beginning. But now since lockdown my speed is terrible. It dropped to less than 2Mbps. There is also very limited coverage. I found that in any mall or Airport there is absolutely NO service. And what is even worse, is their Customer Service. Non existant. Zero. Nothing. I dont even want to give 1 star. Yesterday my account was suspended - because normally RAIN debits my bank account on the 1st of every month. They failed to do so on 1 June 2020. Now my account is suspended and I cant call or email RAIN because they do not operate now - and because they are a disfunctional company! I just got a snotty email that imp**** I missed a payment! Heloooooo - RAIN debits it every month from their side! I dont even have their banking details! I dont know if the situation will improve later - but currently RAIN is a very very bad internet service provider. Stay AWAY! The only person who I found was willing to help me was FAIEZA - and I was lucky enough to get a cellphone number when I signed up a year ago.
