Worst ISP in South Africa

This has been the worst experience I have ever had from a ISP. The service was grate to try and get you to sign up after they have you then you can forget about any service. They want you to pay upfront and then when you cancle in the first 30 days and ask for a refund they don't want to pay up. After I was told I would get a refund if I was not happy. I tried to resolve the issue and I am still waiting for someone from their technical department to contact me. I cancelled after 13 days now they want to refund me R336 after I paid R999. According to them we used 65GB of data. So they want to charge me R663 for 65GB... What a rip! Rain is the worst company I have ever had to deal with ever. It seems like one big **** to get you to pay upfront for a service and then you can't get your money back when you are not happy.
