Worst ISP in South Africa I was a customer with rain for 4 years. This year they started to have the WORST service. I’m supposed to have 100mbs speed but most of the time there is no internet and no service. I just cancelled with them. They don’t have the decency to answer your quieres, they don’t answer their tweets or their phones. There is no way that I’m able to get help. With all their marketing for rain one, you should think that they have time and money to attend to their existing customers. It will come back to them. EDIT: they said they have restored my connection but I have been without internet for 36 hours now.
