Worst ISP in country

You pay for the highest option they have , you get the latest router on there market. yet you get the same speed as paying for the lowest package they have and taking the slow 5G router. not worth the money , they are fast to tell you to DM them but no reply, you email them and wait 3 - 4 weeks for reply , but if u are not paying them on the second they are fast to call and ask why did you not pay. but if you call there CC you get placed on hold and dropped because they break there own , Terms of Service & cant uphold there side of the paid agreement. and its not a once off thing , its a monthly thing , you spend 5 days having 5G and the rest you struggle to stay online with there own 4G network , yet router says 5G but if you log the interface it says 4G network . you speed test, u get 2.85Mbps. yet you pay for 100+ . don't bother spending your money on this company. There sales team is the only part of company that works and gives you feedback. you will have better time buying data for your phone from more expensive providers that actually deliver then these **** filled company.
