WORST ISP EVER - RAIN

I have regrettably been with Rain for a few months now. I live in Bela Bela and Im 1.35km away from the tower. I rarely get more than 0.5mb download. I have phoned and emailed a thousand times and every time there's a different excuse. One guy says theres too much traffic on the tower, the other says there is not much traffic and the other says the tower has a technical issue. IF YOU WANT TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS KEEP YOUR STORY THE SAME ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

I would NEVER refer any one to RAIN. I honestly don't know how they still survive as an ISP. Cant wait for fibre to get rid of this useless ISP.

I have had more downtime than anything else, but they wont hesitate to take your money, SHAME ON YOU!!!!
