Worst ISP ever .. DO NOT USE THEM .. ****/***** WARNING !!!!

I would say that they have bad service, but the service is non-existent ... RAIN is unable to complete the RICA process on my sim card after a week, you cant phone them, then only way to communicate is through e-mail .. they dont respond, they are completely useless .. they are very quick in the sign up process to take your money, and then after that .. you on your own buddy .. I have tried to cancel my service with them ..nobody to contact .. no response from the so called 'support' email address .. This seems to be one large **** !!!!!
