Worst ISP ever
This is the worst ISP in the industry. Their network is absolutely horrible and unreliable. There are good days and bad days, but more bad than good. You wake up praying that the network wont let you down on days where you have a lot of meetings... but don't hold your breath. I downgraded my package to the lowest 5G speed they offer, and the next move that I am going to make is to move to Fiber with a different provider... I have waited long enough for them to get it right and its just not happening.

13 Jan 2022, 07:33Been ranging between 1 to 12mbps, the last few days, now and again I will get just over 20mbps.
The light on my router is always green, so its not poor connection.
There are hours at a time where I have little to no connection where a simple teams message wont go through.
I am sure there is nothing wrong with the tower. In fact, I suspect your network is just too congested, your company is taking on more clients than it can handle as it cares about money above network quality and service.
I take this message as a courtesy, or as you doing your job with little to no action arising from it. I know nothing is going to change, I have been with you guys long enough to know that this is just how you guys operate. I myself work in IT and I can tell you... your company image is poor and people will make jokes when someone has a poor connection by saying things like "they must be with Rain". I don't expect this message to get far... however I wish I could hear from the companies upper management to find out what sort of company it is that they are trying to run here.
I will be surprised if you guys are still around in 10 years if nothing drastic changes.
