Worst ISP Ever

After many months of connectivity issues Rain publicly and privately asked me to find a new service provider as they could not deliver on what was PROMISED AN ADVERTISED.

I duly cancelled my subscription on the app and was still debited.. i then cancelled telephonically on recorded conversation and was told it was cancelled and would not be billed again...

I HAVE BEEN BILLED AGAIN and on recorded conversation their consultant told me i would be refunded....

On calling again today i was told i will not be refunded because i paid in arrears...

TRY OPEN A RAIN ACCOUNT AND PAY IN ARREARS - I DARE YOU!!!!

Rain has shown me a perfect example of over promise underdeliver but willing to take your cash...
