Worst ISP ever

No way to log a call for really **** service. apparently i was upgraded but i have Dilaup servie from 5G??? Really? Rain is very quick to nail you on service when they can't sort out their billing but there is no way to log a call via email to get the service i paid for. i give up and will make as much noise a i can till they contact me as i reuse to sit on a call queue and get my airtime wasted
