WORST ISP EVER!

I am over Rain!! Your internet and service is absolutely disgusting and atrocious! We have sat WEEKS with internet service that has gone in and out and no service at all! We have spent hundreds of rands on calls to fix things! You cant even fix the internet, you keep telling us you resetting the device and still blady nothing! Then you tell us to look for a sim card in the device and tell you the number but you cannot even tell us where to find the sim card.

To top it all off when I called, you did not even know what device I had and what devices I was give when I signed up.

Then to top it off, you debit my account this morning, when I HAVE ADVISED ON more than one occasion that my payment date is the 25th of every month and that I have even done everything on the app regarding putting in my card details to ensure that the date is accurate and still you debit on the wrong day for internet that is not usable.

This better be resolved today and the internet better not just be active BUT WORKING!! I dont care if you need to bring a technician out to fix the matter it better be blady done or else I will take this further and to the highest place possible!

I will also lay a case of ***** as you keep getting paid but for no service!
