Worst ISP

I would not recommend Rain to anyone. Have been sitting with speeds that are non existent for the past 5 days now. Got in contact with Rain support to which no one responded to my first ticket, only after I used profane language someone responded on a ticket to which no help was provided at all. I have requested my subscription fee for January back as I will not be stuck with this dog **** network for the remainder of January.

I would not recommend Rain to my worst enemy.
