Worst ISP by far, Rain 5G is a ****

wanted to give a 1 star but thought it be fair to rather go with 2, i was happy a t first with rain, but my intermittent internet access and slow speeds has me negative with the non existent support, I am on 5G premium package and struggle to play a youtube video, netflix buffers but then some days the service is above the 200Mbps, this morning again i am getting speeds of 68Mbps and nothing close to what I pay for, i have replaced all routers, cabling and re positioned the cpe to a clear line of site, extended my pole to be in direct line of site 60m away from my home, my signal strength is off the charts and still the issues. No help and support from rain even after 3 weeks of openning a ticket. I am disgusted with the poor service this provider delivers.
