Worst ISP and support from RAIN

Full 4G signal, but being throttled so that internet browsing not possible. Download speeds below 0.5mb/s and ping times over the thousands. Their coverage map shows full 4G signal in the area I am using it. A call was logged, i followed it up a few times. I was promised that their network department will come back to me every time, still waiting.

I just want to thank RAIN for ruining my holiday and spending the additional money on other reliable ISP’s. I wont recommend RAIN to anyone and there is no support at all from their side. It is to late now for them to help and I will be expecting my money back, the last time I will be using RAIN!
