WORST ISP AND SERVICE DON'T USE RAIN

After canceling our rain package 29 June and stating the same above reasons for canceling along with unstable internet or non existent internet and little to no after sales service. We received a notification on the my rain portal, a payment will still be deducted at the end of the same month and the service only be terminated end of July (one month notice period) and arrangements will be made by rain to collect their router within July. This would've been great and welcomed if it was true! Our internet service was just cut completely without any warning whatsoever less than 24 hours after cancellation. We'll have to see if they even call to collect the router...

My advice to all reading this DON'T USE RAIN ISP IT'S ABSOULTE *******!
