WORST ISP AND SERVICE

As a business man and Director of an IT company I would NOT recommend this to anybody.

I have been struggling to get a "already paid for" 5G package out of RAIN since 1st April 2020. Every time there is some excuse why I haven't received what I paid for. Eventually I canceled the order, demanding a refund as this ridiculous. ticket after ticket after ticket.... Yet another month has come and gone without any feedback or money back - after "so called 14 days".

I have tried using RAIN 4G but that's an even bigger joke with 0.25 Mbps down speed at best (3x routers later)

I will NEVER recommend this to anyone, Clients using this will also be advised to move as quick as possible.
