Worst internet!! Stay away!!

So on 13 June 2022 I upgraded my 4G Rain(loved the 4G as I always had internet even if there was load shedding) to 5G. Worst thing I've ever done. The call center staff don't even know how to explain anything to a client. Rain needs to train there staff. Now a want to cancel my 5G to goback on the 4G but rain wants to charge me R480 as soon as I rica my new 4G and then they want to charge me R499 on 25 July. How does this work? I have logged more then 17 tickets with Rain explaining to them that my internet is not working but no response. Now they want to charge me for the 5G that I can use? They are the biggest ******* and only want to take your money without providing a service.

Hope your upper management can see this as you need to wake up as your company will lose the market share they have. If Rain does not sort this ill make sure you are exposed as far and wide as possible.

We're going to get on this asap.

Thank you, rain.

Im not gone make a upfront payment as im a client with you. I have been a client for more then a year. Im not expecting you to reactivate the old sim. Ill buy a new sim but you need to understand that I cant pay almost R1000 in one month. You ad a provider need to understand this. You need to compensate or get a senior person in the company to contact me. Ypu can charge a client that even if it will go in to credit with the company. A R1000 in one moth? Please explain that.

All our sim cards require an upfront payment, The due amount which will be debited on the 25th of July is for June's services.

Even if you have an active sim card on your profile and you want to activate a new one you will be required to make an upfront payment for that new sim card
