Worst internet speed!!

We have been using rain for a while now and the service and the speed we get is actually unacceptable! I pay for a 10mbs line which I don't even get 1mb? I have had days on end where we had down time but yet I had to pay for a full month? The first time we tried to report an issue my router was connected to a tower in sandton I do not understand how when I stay in Pomona and registered and connected at my house. Then they moved us to a closer tower and we are getting the worse internet speed yet! This is unacceptable, how can you advertise and say its the best internet provider when you cannot even supply me with the speed i am meant to get!

I try calling family overseas and i cannot even have a conversation with them for 5 minutes without my internet constantly dropping!

I am an unhappy customer! When I called the help desk not one of them were willing to even try and assist me, I had spoken to a lady before who assisted me even though I am not the main account holder!
