WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER/WORST SUPPORT SERVICE

I have requested a call back from their Support Services. Go an email back that they will respond to me within 24 hours. it is now 48hours later and still no call from RAIN. If I could I would rate them a ZERO!!!!!! that how bad this is.
