WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS. Plain Theft

I’m being debited for a product/service I cancelled in April and they sent an email confirming my cancellation yet there’s an ongoing debit order from my account which is inconveniencing my finances. What makes matters worse is that RAIN is not responding back to my grievances.

Please Help As I Need My Funds Back Urgently.
