Worst internet service provider that takes your money

I cancelled my rain from the website 2 months ago and was still charged for this month. For most of the time the wifi did not work at all, and when it did work, it gave continuous problems. Such a horrible network provider and honestly the worst wifi I have ever experienced. It is not worth the time and money. The support team was extremely nice but they could not do anything to help me with the money that was deducted from my account. Rain is extremely disappointing and honestly very ***** in how they took my hard earned money for a service I did not and could not even use.
