Worst internet service provider.. RAIN

Money was debited from my account for July. The SIM does not work in my area at my address. I did not authorize a deduction from my account. This is suppose to be a month to month service and again I did not authorize money to be deducted from my account. I logged 3 tickets online because your call centre has no agents according to your voice prompt. I have not received any response to my complaints and it's been more than a week. If this is not resolved I will take this further. Will someone please respond. This is my latest ticket number... *** Though there are 2 prior. Please refund my money for the service that doesn't work at all at my address and that I did not authorize to be deducted from my account.
