Worst Internet Service Provider I've ever dealt with

I have never had so many problems with an internet service provider as what I have had with Rain. Constant buffering, amounts debited off my account, and when you call you can't speak to anyone in accounts. Your emails are never responded to. I have cancelled my contract and was told October would be my last debit order. When I cancelled they informed me that the address on their system for me wasn't even my home address which is why my internet was so bad. Why couldn't anyone pick it up all the times I tried contacting them to inform them the service and signal was bad. They have debited my account again this month and I haven't even made use of their service. I have tried calling this morning, again can't speak to anyone in accounts. Was asked to send an email and accounts will reply today. Comes as no surprise that I have received nothing but an email with a reference number. I cannot remove my card details from the app and the bank can't reverse the payment that went off. I would not recommend Rain to anyone. I am just hoping that someone would have the decency to get back to me, as I cannot wait to have no further dealings with them. If you looking for reliable internet with an after service, this is not the company for it.
