Worst internet service provider in SA

Good luck with that, one consultant said my bank requested a refund on the 4th of July 2023 how's that even possible that my bank can request a refund of 700 when my monthly subscription is 529? Also why would rain agree to refund me for a service I received? And why are they only claiming their money back now? I have sent my bank statements (jul & aug 2023) to rain to prove that I and my bank did not request or receive any refund. I cannot begin to explain the disappointment that I got when an accounts department agent failed to explain and understand the difference between debit and credit on a statement. All I want is my money back.

I will do so, please note another agent said this must have been a mistake and they will issue a refund however who exactly should I believe? and why is rain not able to this?

15 days later I still have not heard from rain I guess your accounts department is on another planet.

I will send May and June now. The July statement is very much accurate because it's from 19 June to 19 July thats 30 days i don't understand the query. The 1st transaction on that statement was 22 June that means the rest of the July month overlaps to August statement which i sent as well.

I don't understand what you are saying. I've sent you statements for may, June, July, August and September I'm not sure what payment you are looking for. My understanding is that rain says i received money mistakenly from them and they took it back that is the reason for the statement im not sure what payments you are referring to? I was not connected to rain in that month and months prior they had long disconnected my service.

I think your brain is not working my July statement reflects transactions for the date in question which is the 4th of July. I didn't receive any payment by error from rain on the day. Would like me to fabricate a statement to suit theft narrative. I sent you the statement for July and August which still reflets some of the July transactions. So I don't understand what is so difficult. Rain couldn't find the transaction because it doesn't exist!!!!
