Worst internet service provider ever

What the hell is going on with Rain. So my payment date is set for the 1st of the month. Every single month I pay my R529 and every single month my services get suspended on about the 19th of the month. Trying to contact anyone at Rain is useless as you get through to a foreign Indian call centre with agents who can hardly understand what you are trying to explain to them. Sending emails is useless beacsue all you get back is a freaking auto reply and nothing more. Yet I've paid for a service I don't get to use for a full month every month. The worst internet service provider on the planet. THEY ***** OUR MONEY!!!!!
