Worst internet service provider

Unfortunately, I have to rate a one-star even though they don't even deserve that star!! Support is lacking, advertised download speeds are non-existent - Ping-84ms/Download-0.55Mbps/Upload-2.09Mbps. took 3 days to download 2 gigs. Really Rain??? all it does is rain rain rain and no internet service as promised. Rain is the worst service provider in my opinion. Support is non-existent as there is no-one available on the landlines to answer any queries.
