Worst Internet Service Provider | Avoid their 5G offering

Worst experience currently. Network speeds keep on dropping; requested several days ago that the technical team come to my house to resolve but still waiting for a time to be booked. Call centre keep making promises but don't keep to them. Latest was that my December premium would be refunded if the technical team didn't come today - no surprises that the team never came and now the call centre claim that such promises could never have been made
