Worst Internet Service Provider

I have been a rain customer for a month now. Connectivity and speeds on this network is pathetic. Speeds slower than dialup. Connectivity dropping continuously. Numerous calls logged on the system with NO feedback from rain support. they even removed the online support chat service from their site (Not that this proved to be helpful). I cannot believe that a company's service can be this bad and they get away with it. This is not acceptable!!!
