Its easy to get the agents to sell you a promotion, but now the router has got no service, you can log tickets till you blue in the face they just never get back tobyou, refusing to pay the just promptly diconnect your cell sim cards on the same promotion, the worst service provider currently out there, PLEASE stay clear, more reliable providers out there thats more than willing to help, bit the question now, how to cancel the service as you cant port the numbers out as they keeping me hostage now, umbers me and my wife has used for years, my advise to possibly new subscribers, PLEASE reconsider all your other options
