Worst Internet service provider

Very disappointed with the service we receiving from Rain. 2 weeks now and we are still without connection yet we paying over R700 every month without fail. We've been calling numerous times no one can give us a turnaround time of when this will be resolved. This is super frustrating, lack of feedback and the people in the call center don't seem to know what they doing. How long will it take the technicians to get this resolved?!!!
