Worst internet service provider

When I lived in Johannesburg, I tried Rain twice. It was a terrible experience both times. Most of the time, I had strong signal, but pathetically slow speeds (too slow to load a webpage). Then sometimes I had absolutely no internet for days on end. Would not recommend.
