Worst Internet Service Provider!!!!!

I have tried to contact Rain multiple times and they either put me on hold for so long abd they hang up on me. I have logged more than 10 tickets since January 2025 and noone has contacted me regarding my issues. I canceled one of my routers in January 2024 and they are still trying to debit my account for the canceled router. I cannot get any resolution ob my account and all they do is debit repeatedly for services they are not providing!!!

They have the worst service and they are ******* in my eyes.

When will your agent be call8ng me to assist as I have heard nothi g from Rain in 2 days. This exactly what happens EVERYTIME! We have ticket numbers and nobody EVER GETS BACK TO ME!!!
